Sanpol, the power of acid ~ The synonymous acidic toilet cleaner. Explaining its effectiveness and how to use it!
The leading acidic cleaner, "Sanpol", was launched in December 1959. For over 60 years, it has been removing yellow stains from your toilets with the power of acid.
Sanpol, the power of acid
Sanpol is an acidic cleaner with hydrochloric acid and surfactants as its active ingredients. Since its launch in December 1959, it has been keeping your toilets clean with the power of acid.
Sanpol uses one of the most powerful acids available in household cleaners. It is the representative acidic toilet cleaner used even by cleaning professionals.

For stains that neutral or alkaline cleaners couldn't remove, try the acidic "Sanpol"!
Why can't yellow stains be removed without acid?
Yellow toilet stains are called urinary stones. They are inorganic substances like calcium found in urine that have crystallized.
The main component of urinary stones is an inorganic compound that does not dissolve in water. They are yellow to brown in color, but can sometimes look pitch black due to dirt and mold sticking to them. Once formed,
urinary stones are as hard as rock, and no matter how much you scrub, they won't come off, nor can they be removed with neutral or alkaline cleaners. This is because they cannot be removed without dissolving them chemically. So, let's
chemically decompose these "urinary stones" with the powerful acid in Sanpol! *Note: Sanpol may cause deterioration or discoloration if it comes into contact with metal or resin. Please use it only on the ceramic parts of the toilet.

Types of toilet stains ~ Use the right cleaner among acidic, alkaline, and neutral!
Toilet stains include urinary stones, mold, and organic matter.
・Urinary stone stains: Encrusted and hardened stains. Yellowish or blackish rock-like appearance. Cannot be removed without a strong acidic cleaner.
・Mold stains: Black stains from pigments produced by mold. Cleaners containing bleach are effective.
・Organic stains: Fecal matter, microorganisms, etc. Neutral cleaners are sufficient to remove them. Use the appropriate cleaner for each type of stain.

Danger: Do not mix. Please do not use for anything other than toilet cleaning.
Sanポール has a "Danger: Do not mix" label.
Sanポール is an acidic detergent, and mixing it with chlorine-based detergents produces harmful chlorine gas. Even in small amounts, chlorine gas strongly irritates the eyes, skin, airways, and respiratory system, and there is a risk of death if inhaled in large quantities.
Always use Sanポール alone, and rinse thoroughly with water after cleaning the toilet.

Also, on the web and elsewhere, you may see information such as "using Sanポール for purposes other than toilet cleaning," such as cleaning bathrooms or removing rust, but this can be extremely dangerous, so please absolutely do not imitate it. It is an incorrect usage that is highly likely to damage or alter the material. Not only is it not recommended, but its safety cannot be guaranteed.
Please do not use Sanポール for any purpose other than toilet cleaning.
Please read the usage precautions carefully and use Sanポール correctly.
