Self-introduction
Hello, nice to meet you.
I am a therapist named Kashinao🌿
I was born and raised in the deep countryside of the Kanto region!
When I was in junior high school, I was hospitalized for depression, which sparked my interest in "healing" and the "connection between mind and body."
Since then, before I knew it, I have been working in a field that involves touching people's bodies for over 15 years. I've spent about half my life living by massaging others.
Let me introduce myself briefly🙌
Here is a simple profile!!!
Born in the Heisei era, in my late 20s, blood type A.
My hobbies are taking photos and video editing📸
There was a time when I was torn between "going down the path of healing or going to art school," so even now, I love drawing, writing, and creative things in general—I love making things✍️✨
My favorite foods are South Indian curry and Thai cuisine.
I like refreshing, spicy dishes.
Recently, influenced by Ayurveda, I've also gotten into making my own spice curry🍛
It might seem like I eat things that are good for the body, but I eat potato chips just like anyone else.
When I have time, I go to hot yoga🧘♀️ or wander around places with greenery🌿
I'm also often found reading books at the library📕
My MBTI is ENFJ (Protagonist type).
People often call me "serious" or "stoic," but if anything, I'm the type who wants to live a laid-back life like a Hawaiian monk seal🦭
What I value is
not ignoring the feeling of "comfort."
Resting properly. Also, I am careful not to push myself too hard to be a "good person"🌿
I finally achieved my dream of becoming independent!! ...but I feel suffocated.
After graduating from a vocational school for national qualifications,
I gained experience in various settings, including treatment clinics, relaxation salons,
hotel spas, and mobile massage services.
At the time, I had a strong desire to "acquire more skills," so I attended many schools and worked hard to obtain qualifications and master techniques.
I was running at full speed no matter what!!
I was always like a horse with a carrot dangling in front of it.😂🐎🥕

Own my own salon
Before I knew it, I was single-mindedly chasing that "clear-cut path to success."
Thankfully, I was able to
open my own business.
Blessed with wonderful salons and customers, and with my work stabilized, I think I was able to get closer to the ideal future of a therapist that I had envisioned.
However, on the other hand,
there was also a "feeling of never being satisfied for some reason."
The more I did, the more I felt like I was drying up somewhere.
Thinking about it now, I believe that was the
"hole in my heart" that was inside me.
But at the time, I couldn't really recognize that feeling, so I kept pretending not to see it.
My mental state heals and I come to my senses
While spending my days like that,
stopping once due to marriage
made me face my own "emptiness" for the first time.
At the root of it lay the emotional wounds I had carried since childhood,
and a lack of self-confidence that had always been there.
I finally realized that and went to various therapies, including mental counseling and healing.
At the same time, my way of thinking about "healing" changed significantly.
I realized that people are truly healed when it includes their heart, spirit, and way of life.
But to tell the truth,
I had already experienced that feeling a long time ago😂
(I think I'll summarize it in detail another time)
I have an experience of recovering from depression in junior high school.
"When the heart is healed, even the body changes."
I was so moved by that feeling that I trembled, and I wanted to go down the "path of healing."
But as I encountered various values in reality, before I knew it, I had left behind the feelings I truly wanted to cherish and started chasing only "
forms" like techniques and knowledge🥲And now, I feel like I have returned to my starting point again👀🌿✨
Regarding future prospects
Because it is now, I might have something I can convey.
Turning over a new leaf,
I want to run a school!
I started to think that.Although I had received requests for technical instruction,
this was the first time I strongly felt "I want to teach on my own."
There are many things I want to tell therapists who, like the old me, are running while wearing themselves out, thinking "I have to try harder."
While taking detours and feeling lost,
now that I have continued this work, what I strongly think is that
in the end, the most important thing was just the feeling of
"I want to heal."🫶Working hard, wearing yourself out, and healing others.
It doesn't have to be just that kind of way of working.
First, the therapist themselves must be able to
live with peace of mind, ease, and as themselves.I believe that only with that feeling
can you truly heal someone in the real sense🌿
To support that thought,
・Basic techniques to avoid breaking your body
・Sensory techniques based on that foundation
I want to teach these properly🔥
The detours I took,
and the things I learned while struggling,
if they can be a hint or support for someone...
I have moved to a new place where that can come true,
and I am slowly preparing for the classroom👀📦✨
The reason I started writing note📝
I have always liked writing,
but the more I write, the more painful it becomes, and I quit.
I have actually repeated that many times👀
I think it's because before I knew it,"a version of myself that is liked by someone"
had been created.
"How should I write to be popular, how will I be seen?"
When I start thinking about things like that,
I gradually move away from what I really like or what feels "comfortable,"
and I become suffocated by the
forced version of myself.
It wasn't just in my writing,
it was a "negative pattern I had repeated throughout my life."
But while facing my own heart,
from now on, I want to be more honest with my feelings
and express my "likes" and "comforts."
To live more lightly,
I want to properly pick up my sensations and put them into words.
With that feeling, I wanted to write again🌿
= in other words, it's also rehabilitation lol◯◯
Also, I've been making Reel videos on Instagram recently.
I've been writing scripts for short videos more often✨
However, with a video of about 1 minute,
there is inevitably a limit to what I can convey🤔
Why I think that way,
and the detailed sensations and technical details that didn't fit into the video, I want to put into words more slowly.
So on note,
as a supplement to the videos,I hope to write about deeper things🌿
I feel like writing,
mysteriously brings out a person's atmosphere,
way of thinking, and way of life.
I would be happy if I could connect loosely
with people who think "I kind of like this"
along with the atmosphere of these words☺️🌸
