What is the Miniature Ikebana Club? Part 2

Actually, that's not my work.
That's because it was arranged by a seven-year-old girl.
Previously, at the dollhouse exhibition at Keio Shinjuku store,
I started an ikebana corner for visitors to enjoy.
For that, I spent over three months making my own dried flowers.

That child, who came with her mother,
arranged that piece with such innocence.
Wow, I was surprised.
The way she used color was already controlled, with no hesitation.

Seeing something like that, I felt like I couldn't be outdone.
So I thought, why not put miniature ikebana into a frame?
And if I could also change the background,
wouldn't I be able to swap the season and atmosphere whenever I felt like it?
This frame was born from that sense of playfulness.

Once you hang it on the wall, it's basically interior decor.
The back panel is a transparent acrylic sheet attached with magnets,
so it's easy to remove.
Change the background to suit your mood.
You can blend it into the wall, or if you use a photo,
you might suddenly go from spring to autumn.

The Miniature Ikebana Club is a place with friends
who join in on such free-spirited play.
No entrance fee, no membership fee, no obligations.
The only rule is a very bold one: "Just enjoy it."
Plus, when you join, you get one miniature vase as a gift.
This isn't an April Fool's joke, by the way.
