Arranging Tangles at the 'Entrance'

I'm probably not the only one
who fell in love with this design at first sight.

The fact that they aren't a 'Rojiura-er' (alley dweller)
is just so interesting in every way😊

I was moved by Motto's design✨
I just had to make the'Entrance'into a string and
draw a Zentangle®!!

I thought about enlarging and printing it, but
I ended up resorting to a rather analog method.

I'm tracing the design onto tracing paper.

Looking at the details again,
this design is truly amazing✨

Now I have a string (a guideline for drawing) ready(^^♪

And I'll set aside the original tracing paper I used.

I might want to draw a different pattern later.
(No, I definitely will)

Zentangle is basically freehand.

I'll layer another sheet of tracing paper over the original...

I want to change the color for each section, and I'll use the same tangles...

For the finish, I'll use chalk or something similar for shading.

Can you see the subtle shadows?

I drew this with a pretty basic tangle.

The colors look a bit washed out in the photo, though💦

The downside of tracing paper is that it leaves a bit of the pen's movement behind~
I wonder if it's better to print it out and draw on that after all.

…Thinking things like that, but isn't it actually pretty good?😊
