Illustration & Photo Contest '#SummerSnapshot' Now Open! Winners Receive Cash Prizes & Exhibition at the '404 Museum'

Why not share a 'summer-like moment' you've discovered by drawing it or taking a photo?
From Wednesday, July 23 to Sunday, August 24, we are holding a contest called '#SummerSnapshot' where you can submit illustrations or photos themed around 'summer'.
Whether it's summer traditions like festivals, fireworks, or shaved ice, scenery you encountered while traveling, or a moment with family during a homecoming... any motif or subject that captures the feeling of 'summer' is welcome.
Last year was a photo-only contest, but this year we are also accepting illustrations, so we look forward to participation from those who draw pictures or manga!
Winners Receive Cash Prizes & Exhibition at the '404 Museum'
From the entries, the note management office will select 10 works based on a comprehensive evaluation of theme relevance, originality, and reader response (number of likes and comments).
Winners will receive a 5,000 yen Amazon gift card! Furthermore, the winning works are scheduled to be exhibited at note's '404 Museum' (*).
* What is the 404 Museum?
When you access a URL that does not exist, an error message saying 'The page you are looking for cannot be found' is called a '404'. At note, we display creators' photos and illustrations on those 404 pages and call it the '404 Museum'. (The works change randomly when you reload the page.)
Reference Works
For this contest, we asked illustrator Yoshito Fujiwara, who shares useful information for aspiring illustrators, to create some reference works. Please take a look for inspiration when submitting your entry.

■ Application Requirements
Please post one illustration depicting a motif or scene you feel is 'summer-like,' or one photo capturing a moment you think is 'summer-like,' with the hashtag '#SummerSnapshot'.
Theme of the work: Summer
Hashtag to use: #SummerSnapshot
Submission format: One illustration or one photo
Image size: There is no specific requirement, but a minimum of 1,000px on one side is recommended.
*While you can upload multiple images when posting, only the first image will be considered for selection.

*After the judging process is complete, the note management office will contact the winners.

If the banner image below is displayed at the bottom of your article during the application period, your entry is complete.

* Entries should generally be made publicly available for free, but paid articles or membership-only articles are also acceptable. However, please ensure the relevant photo is visible in the free section.
