A new category, "Tried It & Made It," has arrived, featuring the "best of the best" personal experiences from note creators!
A new category has arrived on note: “Tried It & Made It”!
It’s a category with a slightly unusual name, but it has become a page filled with numerous passionate works that we hope you will read during the year-end and New Year holidays.
What is "Tried It & Made It"?
It is a place where articles written by note creators about their actual experiences of trying something or making something are gathered.
Regardless of the genre, articles written about "things I tried, things I made" are lined up here. For example, here are some articles.
Three years have passed since I started recording coupons from my local sushi restaurant
Can I get a nickname from a convenience store clerk by buying the same product for 100 days?
[J.League] How a "person who goes to every match" manages to go to them all
All of these titles make you curious about the content just by looking at them, but when you actually read them, they are all works that will surprise you with their high level of passion and epic stories.
Our director will explain why we created this page.
From our director, Narumi
note’s mission is to "help everyone start and continue creating."
Creation comes in many forms. A diary is a creation, and recording your current feelings is a creation. Or writing short-shorts, drawing manga, or making sushi—every activity is a form of creation.
Among these, this time we have focused on personal experiences. Articles that detail real-life events you have experienced have a unique passion and interest.
We created this page because we want to introduce many such articles and have many people read them.
We want to make this a place where, when you visit, you can encounter imaginative, experimental, and substantial masterpieces.
Also, starting next January, we plan to hold events where we exhibit and introduce things note creators have "made," as well as planning meetings to brainstorm "tried it" ideas. We will let you know once the details are finalized.
We want to move forward step by step to build a place where fun articles gather.
We also welcome your feedback and requests.
We are looking for your "Tried It & Made It" stories!
In conjunction with the launch of the page, we are starting two theme-based projects.
We are looking for your crafting or DIY experiences with "#TriedIt" and your experiences of challenging yourself with something using "#DidIt".
There are no genre restrictions at all. Even small, everyday challenges are very welcome.
Why not take this opportunity to try making an unusual dish, challenge yourself with a home garden, or just get your hands moving and start something new?
Wonderful works will be featured on the Tried It & Made It page!
note will continue to support creators involved in all forms of creation.
