Personal Gyms with Transferable Locations
Generally, personal gyms operate on a system where you attend over a period of several months.
If you experience a sudden job transfer or move while you are attending, it may become difficult to continue.
At HPER, it is possible to change the location you attend.
We have had clients move from our Shiga Prefecture locations to Kyoto locations, and from Osaka to Fukui Prefecture.
Smooth Handover
I feel that having locations spread across multiple prefectures is a major benefit for our clients, as it allows us to accommodate location changes.
However, I believe that simply being able to change locations is not enough to satisfy our clients.
We believe it is important to share personalized menus and support policies for each client so that we can provide the same level of service regardless of which trainer at which location is in charge.
Since both diet support and exercise guidance in personal gyms vary from client to client, it is very important to share such information between locations.
At HPER, we have introduced a system that allows client information to be shared across all locations, striving to ensure that clients do not feel any discomfort, such as thinking, 'I told my previous trainer about this...' or 'Things don't seem to be clicking...'
Changing locations during a course is possible
Basically, changing locations at HPER is possible even during a course.
If you consult with your assigned trainer, we will coordinate with the receiving location and perform the handover process so that you can make the change at your preferred time.
However, depending on the congestion at the receiving location and the availability of trainers, it may be difficult to change at your preferred time.
If you know your plans for a change in advance, we recommend that you consult with us beforehand.
Changing locations when re-enrolling is also possible
It is also possible to change locations when re-enrolling.
For example, if you attended a Kyoto location a few years ago but now live in Gifu Prefecture and want to re-enroll at a Gifu location, we will accept you after transferring your past client information to the new location.
Also, as introduced in a previous blog post, there is no enrollment fee when re-enrolling at a different location, so you can restart at a great value.
Changing locations for single sessions or just a few times is difficult
While we basically allow location changes, we ask that you refrain from attending a different location for only one or two sessions or requesting frequent location changes.
The reason is that there are disadvantages for the client when trainers change frequently.
Although we have a system that shares detailed client information across locations and trainers, it remains true that having one trainer consistently in charge is smoother.
To ensure you receive the most effective and comfortable service, we recommend that you refrain from changing locations frequently.
Aiming to be a more accessible personal gym
If we can expand to more regions and open more locations, we will be able to meet the needs of more customers who wish to change gyms.
