Gratitude | Weekly Short Short Note

I am Takashi, 3 years old. I hate cleaning up.

The buckets and shovels I played with in the park sandbox are left as they are. Mom always cleans them up with me. Or rather, Mom cleans up almost everything.

Even in the living room at home, my building blocks, plastic trains, and combined robots are all left scattered. Since Dad says, "It's fine, it's fine," they are always left that way.

Mom and Dad often argue about me.
"Takashi can never clean up because you spoil him."
"You're the one who's always cleaning up for him, Mom."

But it's strange. The toys left scattered in the living room before I go to sleep are always neatly put away when I wake up in the morning. I wonder if someone cleans them up in the middle of the night.

If so, I have to thank them. I'll leave a snack on the table.
Two sweet chestnuts on a small plate.
Little elf, thank you for always doing this for me.
I wonder if this is enough. Please clean up again tomorrow.
