This time, I would like to introduce the basic course I offer, 'A Guidepost to Awareness'.

As I practiced a 'way of being with awareness,' my perspective on life, from how I perceive casual everyday moments to my overall outlook, began to change.

The changes are still ongoing, but for me, the direction of this change feels very comfortable, and I feel confident that I am on the right path.

That makes me very happy.

And because I want to share that joy with all of you, I update my note daily.
