My small summer preparations for when it's hot but my stomach gets cold

As it gets hotter, air conditioning becomes essential.
However, I have a bit of a problem during this time of year.

I sweat when I walk outside, but when I enter an air-conditioned train or shop, I get a feeling like my stomach area is getting cold.

When I actually touch my stomach, it feels cold.

I could just wear a long-sleeved shirt while in the air conditioning, but the temperature difference makes it tough when I go back outside.
On the other hand, if I wear a regular belly warmer, it gets hot and stuffy.

When I was wondering what to do, I came across the Sleep Lab's belly warmer for sleeping.
