Apparently, in her eyes, my actions appear as 'one-upping behavior, encroaching on my daughter's territory and overwriting it with overwhelming intensity.' However, from the perspective of someone who has spent 30 years in the business of 'unsolicited meddling' known as condominium management, this is not one-upping. It is the result of 'optimization' and 'running alongside'.

1. A temperament that cannot leave 'incomprehension' alone

She says she chose her high school based on whether it had a sign language club. As a parent, it is only natural to want to know where that source of passion lies. However, in my case, the output of that 'wanting to know' might have been a bit extreme.

My daughter says she will perform a sign language song. However, I 'cannot confirm' the meaning woven by her fingertips. The existence of this 'unconfirmable information' is processed as an error in my system.
