Waking up twice during the night, physical condition 4/10. A day I got through with chilled Chinese noodles and a nap

Last night, I woke up twice, and it was a night where I felt almost no sense of having slept until morning. The ringing in my ears was loud, I felt sluggish, and my physical condition was 4/10. Even so, I didn't have any tension an hour after waking up, and I had no headache or diarrhea.

📝 Today's reflection
I woke up twice last night, so I didn't really feel like I had slept until morning. Still, I didn't have that tension an hour after waking up, and I had no headache or diarrhea. I felt sluggish and it was tough, so I spent the day taking it easy and monitoring my condition. I wanted to value my own pace without rushing.
I had an online medication consultation in the morning, and since the prescription hasn't changed, it finished quickly. The payment went through without any issues, and the medication was delivered safely.
I had chilled Chinese noodles for lunch and was able to take a nap afterward. That little break was a small support during a sluggish day.
I also received comments on my note, which makes me very happy. Each and every word gives me strength for tomorrow.
Even if there are nights I can't sleep, or days when my physical condition is tough, there are things I am definitely protecting. Counting them one by one, I want to continue walking at my own pace starting tomorrow.
Thank you for reading until the end.
