Hello, I'm culinary expert Frao ^^
Isn't daily meal planning tough?
Staple food: rice? udon? yakisoba?
Soup: miso soup? Chinese-style? Western-style?
Main dish: meat? fish? grilled? fried?
Side dish: um, let's see...
Thinking about it is so much that you might feel "it's tough every single day," but at times like that!
today's recipe might be helpful ^^ Just heat the seasonings and
soak the vegetables, and you can easily make "pickles" at home.
One side dish that you can decide on and put on the table right away might make daily meal planning a little easier...! Please take a look ^^
Ingredients

Water... 5 tablespoons
Vinegar... 5 tablespoons
Sugar... 5 tablespoons
Salt... 2 teaspoons
Your favorite vegetables
*This ratio makes approximately one glass (a little over 200ml) of seasoning liquid.
*You can adjust the ratio of sugar and vinegar to your liking.
Instructions

All seasonings into a small pot, and bring to a boil... and that's it!

In no time, your "homemade easy vinegar" is ready ^^
(The dark color is because beet sugar is used.)
While it cools...

Cut the vegetables into sticks.
At this time...

storage container (the container for soaking) size, and match the size of the vegetables when cutting.

Place the cut vegetables into a sterilized storage container (airtight recommended) and...

Pour in the "homemade easy vinegar".

In this state, overnight in the refrigerator if you soak it, you can very easily make "pickles" ^^
Gentle seasoning, easy for children to eat dish is finished.
(For those who don't like sour things, making it with a little more sugar is also recommended!)
Even on busy days just from the refrigerator take it out...

You can easily prepare a side dish, and it might reduce the stress of meal planning a little bit^^
Bento side dishes, you might find it useful for those too!
(When using carrots, it's hard for the flavor to soak in, so soaking them longer is recommended.)
By the way, for those who say, "I don't have an airtight container. It's a hassle to buy one specifically..."

There is also a method of substituting it with a thoroughly cleaned "empty instant coffee jar".
Empty instant coffee jars have high airtightness, so...

They are excellent items that won't leak even if you tilt or turn them upside down.
I hope you can make good use of them^^
As for ways to use empty instant coffee jars, here is another method...!↓
