My first recipe book "Inspiration Recipes for Days When You Don't Want to Do Anything" (published by Fusosha) is now on sale. Amazon, Rakuten Books, and your local bookstore, so please check it out.
Hello, I'm cooking expert Flao ^^
A familiar flavor that kids and adults alike love, and cost-effective too, "Egg Soboro." My
5-year-old son loves it, and I've made it often, but...
"I wonder if I can make it more easily."
"It's tough when the kitchen gets hot, so if possible, I don't want to use fire."
Thinking about that, this recipe was born.
If you find it stifling in the kitchen as it gets warmer, I would really appreciate it if you could check it out ^^
Ingredients (for 2-3 people)

Eggs... 4
Sugar, mirin... 1.5 tablespoons
Soy sauce... 1 tablespoon
Instructions

Crack the eggs into a heat-resistant container...

Add all the seasonings and...

Mix well together (using a fork will save time), and heat in the microwave at 600W for 3 minutes.
(Plastic wrap is unnecessary. If making a half portion, heat for 1.5 minutes.)

Remove from the microwave, take it out, stir with a fork to break up the eggs, and heat at 600W for 2 minutes and...
(Plastic wrap is unnecessary. If making a half portion, heat for 1.5 minutes.)

The "lightning-fast egg soboro" with a mildly sweet flavor that becomes addictive is complete ^^
Once it has cooled down, you can store it directly in the heated container, and another nice point is that it reduces dishwashing like frying pans.
The one I introduced the other day...
If you combine it with the "lightning-fast chicken soboro," you can also enjoy it as a "chicken and egg soboro bowl"!
When you think, "I want to keep it simple today!", I would be very happy if you could make use of this ^^
