Hello, I'm Furao ^^
This time, I'm introducing 'Warning! This Sweet and Savory Stick Chicken is so good you might eat it all while tasting!'!
'Tell me a recipe that kids will gobble up! Something easy if possible!'
'Tell me a recipe that lets me cook chicken breast deliciously!'
The recipe I'm introducing this time is one that can answer these requests!
Ingredients (serves 2-3)

Chicken breast… 1 piece (approx. 300g)
Sake, soy sauce, mirin… 1 tablespoon each
Potato starch, white sesame seeds… 1 tablespoon each
Sugar… 1/2 tablespoon
Instructions

Cut the chicken breast into 1cm wide thin slices...

Then, cut each slice into 1cm thick strips.

Transfer to a bowl (or plastic bag), add sake and potato starch, and massage well.
(This extra step coats the meat, preventing it from drying out.)

Oil (not listed, 1 tsp) in a frying pan, stir-fry over medium heat...

Once browned, flip it over...

Add all other ingredients, and stir-fry over medium heat until the moisture evaporates...

The sweet and savory aroma will whet your appetite, and this rice-stealing dish, "Sweet and Savory Stick Chicken," is complete.
By coating the meat first, the chicken breast's moisture is locked in, resulting in a moist and juicy finish.

When you want to cook cost-effectively using chicken breast, I hope you will give it a try.
