[Waiting Cat] When you think about it calmly, they aren't actually doing anything great, yet I end up praising them
Thanks to good fortune, my cats haven't had any major illnesses and are living healthy lives. Just that alone is something I'm so grateful for.
They eat well, poop well, and sleep well. Perhaps this smooth cycle is the secret to their health.
However, there is one who stands out specifically in the 'eat well' department...
Well, it's fine; a cat that eats properly is a good cat. It's just that when their chubby body goes too far, it's not really a good thing. It's the same for humans. After all, staying around the standard weight is the healthiest way to live.
While touching their chubby bellies, I had thought, 'They're huge,' but sure enough, the vet told me, 'It's not good for their weight to keep increasing like this,' so for the past few years, I've been doing training called 'dieting,' which is really just 'not feeding them more than the prescribed amount.'
It is I who is being tested.
Because they are so cute, I have to resist the urge to give them more when they give me that 'I want to eat more' look.
A cat's diet depends on the strength of the owner's heart for success.
Waaah.
And so, my life has become one of constantly watching over their mealtime.
If I take my eyes off them, there's one who immediately tries to steal food. You bad cat.

The fact that they are waiting is already hopeless, isn't it? What are they even waiting for?
Cats don't reflect on their actions, but they seem to understand when they are being praised, and they clearly get carried away.
Taking the word 'good cat' as a signal that the ban on stealing food had been lifted, they shoved their face into Mil's bowl.
That's not right.
What are you doing?
Every time mealtime comes around, we repeat the same battle, but Po-chan never gives up. Today's goal is also 'even one more kibble!'
It's a battle to eradicate food stealing that started out of love, but it has now become a comedy routine between me and them.
