They will talk about the landscape of their work as seen from their respective perspectives, their journey from joining the company to the present, and the future they are envisioning.
This time, we would like to introduce Hiroka Uema, who works as an AI operator.

■ Background
Changed careers from the education industry and joined the company mid-career as a Web writer in April 2024.
Within just three months of joining, he was selected as a core member of AI service development. After the official release of the service, he contributed to business growth through thorough quality control and refinement. In addition, he significantly improved team productivity through AI-driven operational efficiency. Promoted to assistant manager within a year and a half of joining. Currently, as an AI team leader, he is promoting internal DX from both aspects of "AI talent development" and "organizational AI utilization."

■ A word
When I joined the company, I didn't expect AI to become my main job. Now, a life without AI is what I wouldn't expect. You never know what will happen in life.
INTERVIEW
－What kind of work do you do?
I use AI to support Web customer acquisition for real estate companies. My work involves creating and providing content such as articles and images that are useful to users, aiming to maximize customer acquisition effects. I am also involved in the development and operation of AI services that allow real estate companies to easily create content themselves.
－What was the deciding factor for joining the company?
I joined Ierab Ryukyu mid-career at the age of 28. My previous job was in education, but I decided to change careers because I wanted to experience manufacturing work while in my 20s. Another reason was that I admired the environment unique to a venture company, where I could receive early evaluation and roles depending on my own efforts and results.
When I first joined, I didn't expect AI to become my main job, but I find great joy in this work, where I can create new value while being excited every day.
－Please tell us what makes your work rewarding!
By coming into contact with AI technology that continues to evolve every day, I can constantly incorporate the latest knowledge and grow myself. On the other hand, since the generation flow and the quality of prompts greatly affect the output results, logical thinking and trial and error are required. There are many times when I rack my brain when things don't go as planned or when it requires patience, but the joy when it leads to good results is great, making it a very rewarding job.
－What do you think are the company's strengths and potential?
Generative AI has now blended into our daily lives, and it is evolving almost every day, and the range of things it can do continues to increase. Since Ierab promotes AI utilization company-wide, not just in one department, the organization is inevitably highly agile. Trial and error are essential for AI utilization, but our company has a culture that values the attitude of "let's try it first." Therefore, it is easy to propose new ideas, and the appeal is that it is easy to take on challenges even if you are inexperienced. I think it is the optimal environment for those who enjoy change and want to improve work flows and create new work themselves.
－Please tell us your future goals!
In line with the speed of AI evolution, we want to further expand our range of expression. Until now, it has been centered on articles and images, but in the future, we will take on the challenge of producing "manga," "videos," and "entire pages" using AI. By making it possible to provide rich content that used to be time-consuming and costly to produce easily and with high quality through the power of AI, I want to realize even more powerful customer acquisition support for real estate companies.
