My favorite is the observatory that creates a place for the heart | The story of Koharu Observatory

People who use coined words are interesting.
Because a coined word is,
creating a new culture.
Creating culture.
That was,
Koharu Observatory.

In a small observatory where sunlight filters through the trees,
today, too, an observer,
spreads books all over a wooden desk,
throws questions at an AI,
and smiles while tilting their head slightly.
Three cats are by the window.
They let out a yawn,
and sleep as if nothing happened.
The observatory,
rather than providing answers,
places more weight on increasing the number of "whys."

The director, Koharu-san,
writes text,
draws pictures,
creates sounds,
and expands the world
in the form of YouTube.
"Musical Fables"
Turning concepts that cannot be put into words
into sound and stories.
The music that flows out
is somewhat poignant,
and quietly shakes the heart.
While gently snuggling up to you,
it ends up making you cry.
Even while using AI,
what drives the work
is undoubtedly the author's own passion.
That is why I
observe this observatory
as my
favorite.◇
The observatory has
some slightly strange rules.
Do not be ashamed of what you do not know.
Prioritize the discovery of cats.
Enjoy hypotheses.
Do not worry if you get lost.
But the more you read,
the more you realize that each one of these
has become a way of
facing the world.
Here,
observation is more important than the correct answer.
Space is more important than conclusions.
Exploration is more important than completion.

People,
sometimes
search for "a place for the heart."Koharu Observatoryis not a place that teaches you that answer.
It was just a place
that quietly accepted you,
saying, "It's okay to think."
"It's okay to be lost."

Koharu-san herself
seems to be bad at social media.
......That is probably a lie.
When you talk in the comments section,
it becomes generously clear
that she was putting on an act.
Not just the articles,
but the bold and warm comments
were also the charm of this observatory.

She is also a busy person.
So busy she could use a cat's help.
However,
she treats cats properly as cats.
She never overworks them.
Treating a cat as a cat.
That was a somewhat special,
and very fair kindness.
And her main profession is
a plasterer, which is rare these days.
Because it is a job that supports
Japanese culture,
I would almost want the country to protect her
along with the cats.

I came looking for answers,
but by the time I leave,
the questions have increased.
But,
those questions
are somehow comfortable.
Today, too, at the observatory,
cats sleep,
AI thinks,
and the author is again
digging into a new world,
saying, "Huh? Seriously? What does that mean?"
This place
is not a place to collect answers.
It is a place to quietly continue observing "not knowing"
in order to like the world a little more.
And,
it was also a place that quietly became
a place for someone's heart.
