Reflecting on the First Half of February 2026
The first half of February: a time when people connected and expanded. Warm changes born from Shibuya.
This past half-month since entering February has truly been a time where I strongly felt a 'flow of people coming together'.
The number of people coming to us through referrals has increased, learning about the Customer Cloud service, resonating with it, and then connecting it to the next person. Such a cycle has naturally begun to emerge.
Especially from around February 10th, the participation of students in their teens and twenties increased, and the energy spread from the morning hours in Shibuya.
“I didn't realize the younger generation would be this interested.”
I feel like I encountered moments like that more and more each day.

A time for 'laying the foundation' that is gradually coming together
As the products have started to move little by little, the need to organize the flow of contracts, documents, and procedures has also emerged.
This first half of February was also an important period for laying the foundation to organize those 'behind-the-scenes mechanisms'.
Although it is inconspicuous work, it is an essential time to ensure that more people can use our services with peace of mind in the future.
We are building it up carefully, one step at a time.
The usual Shibuya office, overflowing with smiles and laughter
As always, the office is full of smiles and laughter.
Recently, our members have started to get hands-on with the products we are developing.
With the development team showing us how to log in and use it, we've been spending more time sharing our thoughts,
"This is amazing."
"It's fun to see what we can do with this."
and exchanging feedback.
I find the atmosphere of us all learning and moving forward together to be very comfortable.

The "morning table" has become a popular spot
There is a change I have been secretly noticing lately.
It is that in the morning, the large table in the center has become a place where it is "hard to find a seat."
Thinking that this means more people are coming and it has become a gathering place makes me happy and deeply moved.

A place where souvenirs and kindness are exchanged
We have also had more customers bringing us souvenirs.
"Please, help yourself."
We are very grateful for the feelings that come with those words,
and we share them among everyone with smiles on our faces.
I feel that these warm interactions are also one of the charms of this place.

Thank you✨
Expansion of SNS outreach and hands-on workshops
Recently, our activity on platforms like X has become more vibrant.
We are gradually sharing our daily life and the sight of our members working happily with the outside world.
We have also started workshops to allow people to experience our super AI firsthand.
It is a three-hour session where participants complete one app they want to build.
From the participants, we have received many comments such as,
It was beyond my imagination
I was moved
We have received many such voices.
I feel that by having them experience it, the value is being clearly conveyed.

I am looking forward to everyone's feedback!
Full-scale course creation and content production
Course creation has also begun in earnest.
AI Course Gen
AI banana gen meeting minutes
Using tools like these, we are producing content in a way that is easy to understand and learn.
How can we make it even more effective?
We are thinking about this together as a team and bringing it to life.

A major milestone: the birth of a new logo.
On February 4th, the new logo was shared within the company.
The designer in charge of this logo creation is someone who is active both domestically and internationally.
They prepared five different proposals,
and carefully explained the thoughts and concepts behind each one.
We chose one from among them.
Together with this logo, we are all starting to envision a future that will expand further from Shibuya.

Hakushi's Solo Exhibition and Expanding Talents
Starting February 8th, a solo exhibition for our member, Hakushi, was held.
For five days, numerous precious works were displayed at a gallery in Ginza, and members visited in turns, with staff also helping out.
Through this experience, I felt once again,
“We really are a team where all kinds of talents are gathered.”
I am truly proud that Hakushi is part of our group.

PV Production and Daily Records
Utilizing the logos and works, REN also produced a promotional video.
It has been released on YouTube, so I would be very happy if you could take a look.
I continue to take photos every day.
Capturing not only the members, but also the meetings with everyone who visits Shibuya.
I record their names along with the photos and share them in our group chat, keeping them as precious memories.
I want to continue to cherish every encounter with each individual.
The Future We Draw Together with the Younger Generation
With students participating, I wonder what kind of winds will blow from here on.
What kind of new ideas will be born?
I am very much looking forward to it.
The first half of February was a special time when people, learning, challenges, and connections expanded all at once.
I hope to continue carefully sharing the stories born from this place.
Thank you for your continued support.
