・Account number
・Whether or not there is a cash card
・Purpose of use (e.g., "receiving pension" or "paying for credit card XX")
If you have accounts with online banks, don't forget those either.
It would be a disaster if you forgot, so make sure to write down the PINs for your cash cards in a separate place.
