1-Week Progress Report
🪞 Honest thoughts after using Medicube for one week
It has been one week since I started using it.
To be honest, I can't say for sure that there has been a 'dramatic change' yet.
However, just having Medicube in my nightly routine
gives me a sense of feeling a little more put together.
I actually want to increase the level for the booster mode, but
even level 1 is quite painful.
That unique stinging sensation, like being pricked over and over.
Thinking, 'There's no way I could handle level 2...', I've basically been using it on level 1 the whole time.
I want to try the other modes too, but
I'm scared of the pain and haven't ended up using them,
so I wonder if that's the reason why it's hard to see any changes.
Maybe I would see clearer results if I used it more intensely, but
I'm the type who would probably give up immediately if I forced myself to endure the pain,
so I think it's fine to keep doing it this way for now.
However, there have been some gentle changes.
When I happened to look in the mirror during the day,
the acne on my forehead looked like, 'Hmm? Has it decreased a bit?'
Whether that's the effect of Medicube,
or if it's just healing naturally due to my menstrual cycle,
I honestly can't tell yet.
But I think the fact that I've developed the habit of properly facing my own face every day
is a big step in itself.
Skin takes time to show changes, and
it's actually normal to have 'days where it looks like nothing has changed'.
Even so, by touching it, looking at it, and continuing to use it,
I feel like the 'Hey, maybe this is a little different' moments will start to add up.
I'm naturally someone who gets bored easily, and
I tend to give up on beauty devices after three days, so
the fact that I've kept it up for a whole week is like a miracle.
So for now,
instead of thinking 'Nothing has changed...', I want to tell myself,
'Good job for doing it again today.'
Maybe in a little while, there will be more obvious changes, or
maybe I need to figure out how to use it more effectively.
Including those aspects, I think I'll continue for a little longer.
I'll report back honestly in another week.
