Through Speaking Meditation, I and My Life Become Aligned
It is just like a speaking meditation.
Even though I was just talking—
I was the most surprised by the words that suddenly slipped out of my mouth.
I wasn't given advice, nor did I do anything special.
As I put into words what I felt each day, I realized, 'Oh, this is what I actually thought.'
'I never thought that just by talking, I would see what I really wanted to do,' 'Karin-san is a presence that allows me to stop and rest with peace of mind,' 'It was a meditative time, like talking to myself even though it was a dialogue.'
So this is what it means to say, 'The answer is within you.' The 'true answer' I had been searching for was inside me all along.
Such realizations will, before you know it, bring you into alignment.

Why 'Speaking Meditation'?
What is Speaking Meditation?
Speaking meditation is a combination of dialogue and time spent slowly facing yourself. It is a session where, as you gradually voice your feelings and thoughts, you suddenly catch a glimpse of feelings and true desires you hadn't even noticed yourself.
As you continue with speaking meditation,'This is how I really wanted to live!'you will gradually begin to see yourself feeling that way. By cherishing that sensation, your entire life will naturally align into a flow that is uniquely yours.
'A gentle and precious time that enriches life'is what people have called it.
Our conversation will be written down using text and drawings as shown below. Because you can talk while looking at the record, people have felt that 'my mind is naturally organized' and 'I can relax.'

Differences from introspection and coaching
Notebooks and diaries for facing your inner self are good, too. But I often hear that when people introspect alone, they end up going in circles andfalling into a swamp of self-blame...
If you are someone who can introspect on your own and easily change yourself, that is fine. But for those who are not, doing 'introspection in the form of talking to someone' allows you to receivean objective perspectivefrom another person. 'Speaking Meditation' is also 'Speaking Introspection.'
The difference from general coaching is that it issuited for people who find it easier to talk in a relaxed atmosphere. If you want someone to accompany you in sharply achieving goals, I think coaching is better. But if you have felt in sessions that 'I feel nervous because I have to speak properly' or 'I didn't like being put into a box,' you will approach your own desires through the process of 'suddenly noticing something important while talking about various things in speaking meditation.'
Also, it seems to be a good fit for those who feel thatimportant sensations lie dormant within things that cannot be put into words.

What kind of changes have actually occurred?
In the over 1,000 hours I have spent listening to people, many have experienced these kinds of sensations.
・"What I want to do" naturally welled up from within me, and I was able to encounter work that I could truly pour my passion into・I quit something I had wanted to stop for a long time deep down but thought I couldn't financially, and I was able to take a step toward what I really want to do・Since my own standards became clear, I was able to challenge myself with work that I wouldn't have chosen before because I was afraid
・I felt a sense of self-understanding that I could be convinced of, thinking, "So this is what I actually wanted to value!"
・I became able to talk about my true feelings that I couldn't tell anyone before, and I worry less・I was able to reflect in a way I couldn't do alone, and the outlines and challenges of myself and my work became visible
・I was struggling with my relationship with my partner, but my perspective on everything around me changed, not just regarding my partner
・By utilizing records, my self-esteem increased

Recommended for people like this
Recommended for those who have started to want to cherish themselves more than before, or those who want to live a more fulfilling life that is true to themselves.
Those who want to stop and think about how they really want to live, but don't have the time
Family matters, work, so much to do every day. There are mountains of things to think about, like future finances and human relationships. Is it really okay for me to keep living just thinking about someone else...? Maybe it's about time I thought about how I really want to live. But I don't have time. What should I do?
Those who are not comfortable with things labeled as "sessions" such as coaching
StrengthsFinder, MBTI, fortune-telling... I've tried various things, but they didn't feel right, and I don't know how to use them. I appreciate advice, but it feels like I'm being "pigeonholed," and I think there are parts that are a bit off. After all, understanding myself isn't something I should be taught by someone else, but something I should look at within myself. But I don't know how to do that.
