*Actually, I decided to make this fermented seasoning because my husband doesn't really eat mushroom-based dishes, including shiitake!
*If you add [chicken bouillon powder] to the recipe above, even my husband, who dislikes mushrooms, was able to eat it!!
*The key is that you can adjust the "mushroom flavor" by the amount of [chicken bouillon powder] you add!!
◉ Egg Soup
Water 400ml
Kinoko-jan 15g
Chicken bouillon powder 5g
Egg 1
*A simple and easy recipe where you just mix the Kinoko-jan and chicken bouillon into boiling water, then add the beaten egg! It's super quick, easy, and delicious!!
The "Kinoko-jan" itself is based on the latest book by Shiori Shimizu, owner of "Kagurazaka Hakkou Bijin-do," titled "Healthy Fermented Soups Made with Fermented Seasonings"!!
Everything in Ms. Shimizu's recipe book is truly delicious, so
it is a book I rely on heavily!!
