How a lazy mom switched to an additive-free diet after developing multiple chemical sensitivity (Self-introduction)
Nice to meet you.
Thank you for finding
this article.

I was originally a
lazy mom who relied entirely on frozen foods and deli items, but after developing
multiple chemical sensitivity,I ended up
drastically rethinking my diet. Before I arrived at a
lifestyle centered on additive-free meals,I went through
many failuresandtrial and error.I hope that my experience can
help lighten the burden for those who are currently struggling,
I share additive-free recipes that are easy for even a lazy mom to keep up with.

When I first started, I didn't even know
how to choose additive-free seasonings,
every day for three meals,,
the despair I felt at the difficulty of preparing additive-free meals
I still vividly remember the despair I felt.
I could only eat additive-free food.
So, no matter how hard it was, I had to do it. When my pre-made meals started running low, I would be driven byanxiety and fear
that
I would have nothing to eat.
For me at that time,
cooking was a source of stress.

The thing that saved me was 'koji' (malted rice).
Since I started incorporating 'koji' into my life, I have been able to make meals that are effortless and delicious even without additives,
and I have gradually been able to find more peace of mind.

For those who are struggling in a similar situation,
or for those who think, 'I want to start eating additive-free, but I don't know where to begin,' or 'I feel guilty feeding my children deli food, but I don't have time to cook,'
I share
simple additive-free recipes that even a lazy mom can make,
with the hope that I can be of some help to those people.I aim for recipes that are 'effortless, quick, and delicious for anyone to make,' and 'easy to continue without trying too hard.'
I keep those things in mind with my recipes.
I also plan to write occasionally about the progress of my multiple chemical sensitivity and my daily countermeasures.
Thank you for reading until the end.
