A One-Year Journey from the Bottom of the Note World to Ozeki: Launching the 'Ordinary Person's Note Turnaround Project' to Break Through the 3,000 Follower Barrier
◆ Welcome to the Miyamoto Note Dojo
I have a sudden question for you.
If you are currently using Note...
Where is your 'rank'?
Are you at Jonokuchi?
Or perhaps Maegashira?
Or maybe...
Are you already at Komusubi or Sekiwake?
Actually, there is an invisible ranking in the world of Note (which I, Miyamoto, created on my own).
◆ Note has a '3,000 Follower Barrier'
When you look at the distribution of Note followers, you find this reality.
Looking at these numbers, you notice something (pay attention to the 'red line' in the data above).
That is that the number of people drops sharply at the 3,000 follower mark.
The zone of 1,000 to 2,999 followers is about 0.35%.
However, once you reach 3,000 to 4,999, it drops instantly to 0.049%.
In other words, it decreases to about one-seventh.
This is a point that could be called the '3,000 follower barrier' often talked about in the Note world.
In other words...
The number of creators with over 3,000 followers drops drastically.
That is what it means.
Once you cross this line, the world of content creation changes completely.
Articles are consistently read
A reader community is born
Your content becomes a media platform
In other words...
You go from just a 'soliloquy note' to becoming a personal media outlet.
◆ I call this the 'note Ranking'
If you compare the growth of a creator to the sumo ranking system, it looks like this.
Yokozuna: 10,000+ followers
Influencers in the note world
Ozeki: 3,000 to 10,000 followers
Top creators with influence
Sekiwake: 1,000 to 3,000 followers
Stable reach and visible influence
Komusubi: 300 to 1,000 followers
Established core themes and popular articles start to emerge
Maegashira: 100 to 300 followers
The stage where readers start to increase little by little
Jonokuchi: 0 to 100 followers
85-90% of note users
◆ Everyone starts at 'Jonokuchi'
Few followers
Articles aren't read
There is little reaction.
This is a path everyone goes through.
However, most people stop posting here.
In fact, about 90% of people stop with fewer than 100 followers.
Conversely, this means that creators who currently have 100 or more followers are in the top 10%.
◆ Posting is 'Training'
The world of posting is determined not by 'talent' but by 'consistency'.
In other words, posting is 'training'.
Even in the world of martial arts, you start as a white belt.
However, if you continue your practice, your rank will rise.
Posting is the same as this.
◆ Miyamoto Note Dojo
So, I decided to create the 'Miyamoto Note Dojo'.
This is a posting dojo for advancing on Note.
The goal of this dojo is to advance from the 'Jonokuchi' (bottom rank) to 'Ozeki' in the Note world...
In other words, it is an 'Ordinary Person's Note Turnaround Project' where Miyamoto will accompany you for one year with the goal of reaching 3,000 followers.

Many consultants only teach 'strategy'.
However, the biggest barrier to posting is 'consistency'.

There are three requirements for entry.
1. Be able to post at least one article per week
2. Be able to spend one hour a day on note
3. Be able to participate in a monthly individual meeting (ZOOM)
Only those who meet these conditions can take on the challenge.

This is because I want to provide serious, hands-on support to a small group.

For those who have been reading my note for a long time, I believe you already understand this, but...
This project is by no means a “follower-count-supremacy” initiative, and I personally do not believe that “numbers are the only truth.”
It is simply a numerical goal I have set as a recommended benchmark for those who want to grow their note significantly.
Even if your follower count increases, it is completely meaningless if the quality of your content is low and the substance is hollow.
I will work with you side-by-side to aim for a note management style that embodies the “Mind, Technique, and Body” trinity, which is Miyamoto's note management policy where 'likes, followers, and comments' all grow in a balanced way.
