Celebration! 100 Consecutive Days of Posting on note Achieved

This is Tamochi.
Everyone,I finally achieved it!

The 100-day consecutive posting project has been successfully completed!!

To those who read my articles every day,
to those who clicked 'like',
and to those who left warm comments,

thank you so much.
It is only because of your support that I was able to keep going this far.

I am truly grateful from the bottom of my heart!

Results of the 100-day posting project

First, let's look at the results achieved over these 100 days in numbers.

✅ 12,000 monthly views
✅ 1,500 monthly likes
✅ 27,000 total views
✅ 3,600 total likes achieved!!

I started this project when I had only 3 followers,
hoping to reach 1,000 people,
but I was able to gain more than double the followers I had anticipated.
Thank you so much!

Why I started posting for 100 consecutive days

Looking back, the reason I started this challenge was clear.

I am an engineer with ASD and ADHD traits.
I have tried hard to fit in with what is considered 'normal' until now,
but at some point, it became unsustainable, and I lost my sense of self.

Even so, I read many documents,
understood my traits scientifically,
and while trying out practical methods,
I finally began to see a path to 'living as myself'.

It was during this time that I encountered note.

I want to share this experience with others who are struggling in the same way.

I want to provide scientific insights in a form that anyone can use.

With that desire, I decided to take on the challenge of posting for 100 consecutive days.
And as I accumulated the feeling that I was reaching someone every day,
my voice began to reach more and more people.

Changes that occurred over 100 days

While the growth in numbers is pleasing,
what was even greater was the change within myself.

My writing speed has become overwhelmingly faster.
Initially, it took me 4-5 hours for one article,
but now I can finish one in 1-2 hours.
I think I have also grasped where to put in effort and where to ease up.

Furthermore, my understanding of my readers has deepened.
From the trends in comments and 'likes,' I have come to understand what themes are in demand and what kind of expressions resonate. This is the result of repeatedly engaging in dialogue with my readers while putting the 'psychology of empathy' discussed in the 15th post into practice.

There were also unexpected reactions.
It was a major discovery that themes like 'working memory' and 'metacognition,' which I thought might be a bit too technical, were read by more people than I had imagined.

Above all, I have gained the strength to continue while facing myself.

There were difficult times.
Due to my ADHD traits, I would often jump into new things and get completely absorbed in them.
Due to my ASD traits, I would seek perfection too much and find it hard to publish.

Even so, I believe the reason I was able to continue was my simple ambition to stick to my decision to post every day and to build upon what I had accumulated so far.

Actually, it was a preparation period! Developments from here on

This streak of daily posts had another purpose.

To systematically cover the basic knowledge of psychology.

Cognitive psychology, social psychology, learning theory, motivation, emotional psychology
Over 100 days, I covered the basic concepts of various fields.

This was, so to speak, the work of drawing a 'map of psychology'.

For both my readers and myself, having this map will serve as a guide when we delve deeper in the future.

Also, by posting every day, I was able to grasp reader needs.
Data has been accumulated over 100 days regarding what themes attract interest and what expressions are easy to understand.

And above all, I was able to build a relationship of trust with my readers.
Those who visit every day, those who leave comments—their presence is my greatest asset.

Furthermore, I am also realizing the 'power of stock'.

Past articles continue to be read via search, creating encounters with new readers.
Seeing 'likes' and comments on old articles, not to mention new ones, makes me happy, thinking that they really resonated.

However, these 100 days are not the goal, but the starting line.
From here on is the real challenge. I will further expand the scope of my activities.

Delivering through a multi-channel strategy

Deepening on note

I will continue the 'Understand Psychology in 5 Minutes' series while evolving its content.

Until now, the focus has been on introducing basic concepts, but from here on, I will provide
more applied themes and solutions to individual problems.

"I can't stick to my goals"
"I'm struggling with human relationships"
"I can't maintain my focus"

I will present practical methods based on psychological insights for these specific concerns.

Also, I will share more realistic practical knowledge while incorporating private experiences that I haven't talked much about before.

I will deliver insights not found in textbooks that I have discovered through my daily trial and error as an individual with ASD and ADHD.

Furthermore, I will provide deeper and more intensive content through paid articles. I will compile them into a format that can be put into practice immediately, complete with worksheets and templates.

Kindle Book Publication Project

Additionally, based on the articles accumulated on Note,
I will systematize them by theme and publish them as Kindle books.

By grouping them into fields such as "Cognitive Psychology," "Learning Theory," and "Motivation," I aim to add deeper academic analysis and create a reference that you can keep on hand and read repeatedly.

YouTube "Today's Psychology in 1 Minute"

A YouTube channel is also currently in preparation.

Through visual explanations, I will create a format that can reach those who struggle with reading text or those who want to learn quickly while on the move.

It is a challenge to convey the core of psychology in a short time of one minute.

By utilizing animation and diagrams,
I will provide value from a different angle than Note.

App Development - Practicing Psychology x IT

Leveraging my strengths as an engineer,
I am also developing an app that implements psychological insights.

Learning support, habit formation support, mental health care—
I will realize practical tools based on scientific evidence through the power of technology.

I will announce the details later, but
I am carefully designing it so that I can provide an experience where
"just using it changes your behavior."

Qualitative Evolution of Content

From now on, I will shift from quantity to quality.

From introductions of basic concepts to deeper academic analysis.
From general advice to solutions tailored to individual situations.

From third-party explanations to raw, practical wisdom as an individual with ASD and ADHD.

Furthermore, I will provide not just theory, but immediately applicable practical methods along with worksheets and templates.

An Unchanging Core: Things I Will Continue to Value

While the form of my activities may change, there is a core that remains the same.

Realizing 'living life as yourself' through the power of science.

This is my consistent mission.

To deliver reliable scientific knowledge carefully selected from over 1,000 research papers.

To not end with theory alone, but to integrate it with practice. And, to
scientifically support everyone aiming for self-actualization.

I will continue to cherish this core without wavering.

I will continue to pursue the balance between scientific integrity and practical value.

To My Readers: A Future We Walk Together

100 days is not the goal, but a new start.

To everyone working hard for self-actualization, and to everyone searching for a way to live as yourself,

let's continue walking together, armed with the tool of psychology.
The rapidly developing AI and IT technologies are also strong allies.

I myself am still in the process of growing.
I am facing my own traits and engaging in trial and error every day.

That is precisely why I want to grow together with all of you who are struggling and taking on challenges in the same way.

Your continued support through Likes, Follows, and warm comments would be the greatest encouragement.

I look forward to your continued support.

See you all at the next stage!
