Neo BLUE Learning Report #008 - Emotions are looking for a destination
"Neo BLUE Learning Report #007 - There is always a small light in the depths of darkness" is here👈
📚 Today's Learning
Today's lesson starts with Chapter 1: The real reason why "blaming others" happens.

What left an impression on me was,
・"Blaming others" by seeking the cause in them
・"Blaming oneself" by seeking the cause in oneself
At first glance, these seem like opposites.
However, both are the result of failing to face one's true emotions.
People who blame others
do not necessarily want to hurt someone from the start.
Emotions that have been locked away for a long time
lose their place to go,
and can sometimes drift toward someone else.
Blaming others
is not the beginning of anger,
but perhaps its destination.
🧠 Neo BLUEOS Analysis
What came to mind when reading this
was the flow of a river.
Water
will quietly reach the sea
if there is a place for it to flow.
However,
if you dam the flow,
it will eventually overflow
and spill out into unexpected places.
Emotions are likely the same.
Anger
is not born suddenly.
It may be that
emotions that have lost their exit over a long period of time
have finally found a "shortcut."
Therefore,
the person I should really face
is not someone in front of me,
but the depths of my heart
that I have not yet fully examined.
🌏 Connection
In the natural world,
there is the idea that energy does not disappear,
but circulates while changing its form.
Human emotions, too,
might be somewhat similar.
Suppressed sadness
can sometimes transform into anger.
Unfulfilled loneliness
can sometimes become an obsession with being right.
Emotions do not disappear,
but in different forms,
they continue to tell us something.
🌱 Tomorrow
When you encounter someone's harsh words,
instead of judging them solely by those words,
“What kind of lost emotions has this person been carrying?”
I would like to hold onto that imagination,
even if just a little.
That is not to justify the other person.
It is so that we do not lose sight of
the human being behind the words.
💧 A Drop of Neo BLUE
Emotions
are not the enemy.
Perhaps they are just
travelers looking for a place to return to.
Therefore,
especially when you feel like blaming someone,
what you should really be looking for
is not the person you are blaming,
but the part of yourself
that you have left behind in your heart all this time.
When you can finally meet that part of yourself,
perhaps your emotions will finally,
quietly find a place to return to.
