三フッ化硫黄(さんフッかいおう、英語: Sulfur trifluoride)は、化学式SF3で表される無機化合物ラジカルである[1][2]。

構造と合成

三フッ化硫黄は、ピラミッド型構造をとると予測されている[3][4]。

の形式的な誘導体は、四フッ化硫黄のIr(Cl)(CO)(PEt3)2 (Et = C2H5)への酸化的付加により得られる錯体Ir(Cl)(CO)(F)(SF3)(Et3P)2である[5][6]。
