Hey mentor, I have been learning a lot on Wikipedia editing. I have been able to make pages by myself without going through AfC and so much more, any other previous unaccepted drafts I just nominated for deletion. But anyways, do you think I should not be allowed to upload a fair use photo on Wikipedia if it's likely protected by Canadian crown copyright, or any other crown copyright for that matter? See WP:FAIR USE for guidance. It depends on how the file will be used and whether alternatives exist. I am not knowledgeable on crown copyright specifically, and as far as I'm aware it shouldn't be different than regular copyright for our purposes. Yes, you linked to a page that does not exist. The band is not covered as a seperate page on Wikipedia, but rather as a part of a page, James Hall (singer)#Mary My Hope.
