There is discussion in Wikipedia:Village_pump_(technical)#Archive_page_article_link that I started, and it seems more in phab:T262656 about having the Article tab on archived talk pages to point to the actual article, instead of the non-existent archive of the article page. If there is no way to change the tab, the other choice would be a redirect for the otherwise non-existent page. Could ClueBot III generate the redirect pages? Thanks. - Technically the bot could do this (create redirect pages), but I'm not sure where we would stand effectively cluttering the namespace with redirects.
