Delete Wigmore Street from template?

[edit]

I submit that the Wigmore Street entry should be deleted from this template. The Apple Corps office, first located at 94 Baker Street, was in late January 1968 moved to 95 Wigmore Street and was located there for only 6 months before being moved to 3 Savile Road in July ‘68. Since there is no dedicated Wikipedia article for 95 Wigmore Street, we are featuring an article in the Beatles template about an entire London street, in which the Beatles are mentioned in passing. In my view, that’s a bit too thin for this template, but I’m open to discussion. Jusdafax (talk) 03:32, 26 April 2025 (UTC)Reply

I’m inclined to agree. 3 Savile Row is much more iconic location – MW(t•c) 07:04, 26 April 2025 (UTC)Reply
Seeing no objection, I’ll remove it. Cheers! Jusdafax (talk) 09:42, 4 May 2025 (UTC)Reply
I agree with the removal; it's too tenuous to include. Thank you. Pawnkingthree (talk) 21:40, 4 May 2025 (UTC)Reply

Delete Comiskey Park from template?

[edit]

Proposing to delete Comiskey Park from the template due to marginality. While it is true the Beatles played there twice on August 20, 1965, the Comiskey Park article only observes that fact and adds nothing else of note, unlike the article for Candlestick Park, site of the Beatles last major tour performance. Here again, seeing no objection, I’ve pulled it. Jusdafax (talk) 09:47, 23 July 2026 (UTC)Reply
