Requirements
The following requirements must be met by both the wikis involved in the interlanguage link request:
- The wikis must already exist in order to create an interlanguage link and should not be in the process of closing or merging.
- The wikis must have exactly the same topic. For example a German Little Mermaid wiki can be linked to an English Little Mermaid wiki but not to the Disney wiki.
