上网查询后， 可能是连接不上虚拟机所在esxi-server的TCP的902端口，让尝试一下：telnet ip-address-of-esxi-server 902。测试一下，果然，连结不上！继续查询才了解到，TCP/902端口，是控制主机的主要端口，也用于在vSphere Client 上呈现虚拟机屏幕画面。所以我们在连接虚拟机的Console控制台后、可以发现Jump机和那台虚拟机的主机的TCP/902端口，会一直保持。登录成功后，去连接虚拟机的Console控制窗口，发现窗口呈黑色、不显示画面。
