本文解决了一个pip安装Python第三方包时因SSL模块不可用导致的问题。提供了几个国内可用的PyPI镜像源，如阿里云、中国科技大学等，通过更换镜像源解决了连接超时和证书确认问题。

 在使用pip安装python3的第三方包的时候出现了错误。
 错误如下：

pip is configured with locations that require TLS/SSL, however the ssl module in Python is not available.

Could not find a version that satisfies the requirement selenium (from versions: )
No matching distribution found for selenium

解决的办法：
使用下面的命令的是:（其中的pywinauto是需要安装的包）

pip install pywinauto -i http://pypi.douban.com/simple --trusted-host pypi.douban.com

1)http://mirrors.aliyun.com/pypi/simple/ 阿里云
2)https://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/ 中国科技大学
3) http://pypi.douban.com/simple/ 豆瓣
4) https://pypi.tuna.tsinghua.edu.cn/simple/ 清华大学
5) http://pypi.mirrors.ustc.edu.cn/simple/ 中国科学技术大学
