当无法访问cisco3550交换机时，可以通过恢复出厂设置解决。步骤包括：通过console电缆连接交换机，按住mode按钮接通电源，等待指示灯变化，然后在超级终端中选择重置系统配置，删除config.text和vlan.dat文件，接着初始化flash，加载ios文件完成恢复。

今天一朋友做CCIE aaa 实验，结果将自己锁在了设备外面，无法进入设备，因此我只好将设备恢复出厂设置。步骤如下：

1、用console电缆连接PC机与要恢复的cisco3550交换机，打开超级终端

2、拔下交换机电源，按住前面板mode按钮（前面板就一个按钮，在机器左上方）接通电源，等到前面板所有接口指示灯全亮，同时system指示灯停止闪动时松开按钮（大约30秒），松手后system指示灯会闪动。

3、此时超级终端会出现以下提示：

The password-recovery mechanism has been triggered, but
is currently disabled. Access to the boot loader prompt
through the password-recovery mechanism is disallowed at
this point. However, if you agree to let the system be
reset back to the default system configuration, access
to the boot loader prompt can still be allowed.

Would you like to reset the system back to the default configuration (y/n)?

按y回车，按y后设备会擦除配置文件即：config.text和vlan.dat文件会被删除。提示信息如下：

The system has been interrupted, and the config file
has been deleted. The following command will finish
loading the operating system software:

boot

switch:

4、在switch:提示符下输入help或？回车可以查看可以使用哪些命令
