Not sure if it works (at all) but in another thread I read that somebody had the same issue (no questions for allowing Fusion kernel extension under Security & Privacy).
But they managed to get the confirmation by moving the Fusion install to another folder and then back into the Applications folder.
I would think that a re-install is the same, but it is worth a try I guess.
