I found a ora-12154 error in my computer, lookup many materials in internat, but not solved at all ,the solution such as interat as following:
1. database restart, listener restart
2. 2 oralce client problem, use plsql tool prefence to get one
3.oracle_home enviorment not given
4.ora file need be changed to IP ,not host name
...
but my solution is dicarding the service not ready for use-in company, we also had db ,i configure it successfully, but at home, we have no the db, but only had description in ora file, that make the error happend,
really funny!! afer i drop off the item, it run normally!
