在搭建Nacos配置中心的过程中，遇到Spring Boot应用启动时读取XXLJOB配置失败的问题。错误信息显示无法解析'xxl.job.admin.addresses'的占位符。问题最终通过修改编码格式得到解决，重新启动应用后正常运行。

搭建nacos 配置中心时，启动读取xxljob配置报错
