解决办法：

问题的产生主要是其他程序正在占用你要部署的应用程序，故关闭其他占用该应用包的程序或者进程。然后重新部署，问题得到解决

The issue was happened that some process was using your deployment file, then it's better to shut other process down which using your file.

Then the issue was resolved.
