Xiaomi's MIUI UX is one of the heavier customizations done by an OEM on top of Android, to the point that features for MIUI devices are dictated more by their MIUI version than by their Android version. In addition to being visually different, MIUI is also feature-heavy, giving you access to a lot of functionality that is not yet available on stock Android. MIUI also receives new public beta releases every week, so there is always something new to flash.
