In the middle of 2019, Samsung launched the Galaxy Tab S6 (our review). With the Qualcomm Snapdragon 855, a 2K AMOLED display, and up to 8GB of RAM, the Galaxy Tab S6 was, and still is, the most powerful Android tablet from the Korean company. The Galaxy Tab S6 launched with Samsung's One UI software on top of Android 9 Pie, but now, the update to Android 10 is rolling out. The update also brings Samsung's latest One UI 2.1 software with a plethora of new features.

Users on our forums have reported that the update is rolling out for the SM-T865 (Galaxy Tab S6 LTE) model with the March 2020 Android Security Patch Level. The update is available in the DBT region, which is Samsung's code for Germany. The full changelog for the update is embedded below.

Samsung's first Android 10-based software release was One UI 2.0, which has been skipped over for the Galaxy Tab S6 in favor of One UI 2.1. One UI 2.1 debuted on the Samsung Galaxy S20 series that launched in early February. Samsung's next software release is expected to be One UI 2.5 based on Android 10, which could launch with the upcoming Samsung Galaxy Note 20 series. We'll follow-up once the One UI 2.1 update rolls out for Galaxy Tab S6 owners in more regions.
