The Samsung Galaxy A8s was launched in China late last year, bringing the new Infinity-O display design to Samsung's lineup. This was the first device from Samsung to come with a punch hole display, as well as the first in the A-series to come with an LCD and to skip the headphone jack. The Galaxy A8s was subsequently rebranded as the Samsung Galaxy A9 Pro and launched in regions like South Korea.
