As a result, owners of these phones missed out on the thrill of running a new version of Android via the Open Beta channel till date. The Chinese OEM does prefer to test run new software features through this branch before broad scale public rollout. Following the pattern, the company is now bringing February 2020 security patches and several improvements for OnePlus 7T and OnePlus 7T Pro in the form of an Open Beta update, the first one for these phones.
