Comparing Intel HD 2000/3000/4000 Linux Graphics

Conducted at the same time as the recent Intel Core i5 3470 Linux benchmarking (the i5-3470 Linux review will be published on Phoronix soon), were some new HD 2000/3000/4000 performance numbers when the Core i5 2400S, Core i5 2500K, and Core i7 3770K were all clocked to 2.5GHz, four cores enabled (no Hyper Threading), and disabling Enhanced Intel SpeedStep Technology / Turbo Boost. So basically the three CPUs were running similarly but with varying graphics cores.
Within the Intel HD 2500 Linux review are the 2500/3000/4000 Linux performance numbers but the HD 2000 on the i5-2400S was left out since its multiplier couldn't be manipulated for achieving a similar frequency. Additionally, the HD 2500 Linux graphics review has some different numbers and tests, so if you're at all interested in Ivy Bridge, check out that article too. These are just some different numbers to toss out there now for those curious about the low-end and high-end Sandy Bridge graphics related to the high-end HD 4000 Ivy Bridge graphics on Ubuntu Linux.
The full results -- along with full system details and system logs -- are available on OpenBenchmarking.org via the 1208249-SU-INTELIVYB64 result file.
As mentioned in the OS X 10.8 vs. Ubuntu Linux performance comparison, coming up in a couple days will also be a Windows 7 vs. OS X 10.8 vs. Ubuntu Linux (in various driver/OS configurations) of the Intel HD graphics with Intel's leading open-source graphics driver.
