The family of AI chips from NVIDIA. Superseding Blackwell, Rubin debuted in 2026, with an Ultra version expected in 2027. Rubin supports HBM4 memory. The name comes from American astronomer Vera Florence Cooper Rubin, who pioneered work on the rotation rates of galaxies. See Blackwell and inference.
