Winchester), for a food ship to relieve the suffering women and children in Eastern Spain. To-day the Lord Mayor rece ved an offer from the committee of British shipowners trading to Spain to place, free of charge. a ship at the disposal of the Appeal Committee to carry the foodstuffs.
