Error description

• Enhance QMF for TSO/CICS to perform product registration using
  IFAEDREG/IFAEDDRG services to dynamically register/deregister
  product usage. This function will generate SMF89 type 2 records.

Problem conclusion

• QMF for TSO/CICS is enhanced to register and deregister product
  usage with the z/OS Product Registration Service (IFAEDREG/
  IFAEDDRG) during initialization and termination. SMF
  Type 89 Subtype 2 records are generated when recording is
  enabled at the installation.
