APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• Importing a batch debug profile created prior to IDz v17.0.2
  into IDz client v17.0.3, incorrectly adds
  ENVAR("EQA_STARTUP_KEY=REC") statement to the EQAUOPTS file.
  

Local fix

• Remove the ENVAR statement from the generated EQAUOPTS file, or
  create a new batch debug profile in IDz v17.0.3.
