  The rules engine authenticates to Keycloak in order to retrieve
  its configuration information from the Problem Insights server,
  but it never logs out after it has retrieved the configuration
  information. This can result in stale Keycloak sessions
  accumulating unnecessarily, especially if the rules engine
  container is restarted.
  

Problem conclusion

• The rules engine logs out after retrieving its configuration
  information, eliminating stale Keycloak sessions.
