Error description

• When there is HBO6071E reported in Data Streamer log, there will
  be a large amount of debug data printed in the Data Streamer
  log.

  CDP will print the whole contents of the related packets for
  debug if HBO6071E is reported, and sometimes it will be very
  large.
  

Problem conclusion

• CDP v2.1 is updated to fix this problem by optimizing the amount
  of debug info.
